New in 2019, the Guffin Bay Retreat is your waterfront home away from home. This property was completely remodeled in 2018 (still a few finishing touches that will be completed soon) with vacation convenience in mind. One of the few homes on Lake Ontario that sleeps 15 year-round, this property is perfect for large family gatherings in both the summer and for winter holidays.
The first floor boasts 4 bedrooms at the back of the house while the upstairs loft is the perfect spot for the kids to enjoy lazy summer nights. Two of the first floor bedrooms are appointed with king size beds while the other two feature queen's. The loft has seven twin beds that could be pushed together for any number of combinations of King and twin widths.
The open concept main living space provides stunning views of the waterfront and the spectacular sunsets over Guffin Bay. The kitchen is fully appointed and includes a gas stove, dishwasher, French-door refrigerator, dishes, glasses, bakeware, pots & pans and more!
There are two full bathrooms on the main floor as well as a front-loading washer & dryer. The left bathroom has a walk-in shower while the right bathroom has a full tub.
The two car garage bay provides entertainment space and overflow dining options. There is a secondary refrigerator in this space for additional drinks and food. Shelving for storage for coolers and supplies will also be added.
Behind the house you will find a large patio with tons of privacy as well as a fire pit and gas grill. There are several seating options. There is a large grassy area for yard games as well.
The shoreline has a large dock/patio area with fire pit and lounge chairs as well as space to dock a boat or jet ski's. We are in the process of rebuilding the boathouse and when that is finished, it will be capped off with a large covered patio area.
